Oat vanilla crescents with chocolate drizzle (4)

Makes about 120 medium crescents

2 sticks of butter 1/2 lb
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3 cups oat flour
2 tbsp flax meal
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 1/4 cup ground almond and walnut mix
Pinch of sea salt
Zest from one lemon
Dark chocolate for drizzle (optional)

Mix all ingredients together until you get firm dough. Roll little crescent shapes in palm of your hand and place on cookie sheet lined up with parchment paper. Bake on 325 degrees F for about 15 -20 minutes until you see edges getting golden brown. Let it cool and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
